Well yes, he's incapacitated, but where's the gusto in that? Now, if I were to be flayed, disemboweled, dismembered, eviscerated, ritualized, etc., I'd definitely feel at least mildly concerned for my future well-being, but just losing a tenth? Not at the same level.
