-Bottle breaks -Reserve Shooter nerfed -Crit range and crit falloff on Ambassador -Crit-a-Cola nerfed --Atomizer nerfed -Aerial Mantread jukes -BISON REVERTED -Infamous Minigun nerf semi-reverted -Banana drops as small health kit but heals 200 on Heavy and regens in 10 seconds instead of the previous halved stats of the Sandvich. Still semi-garbo. -CLAID REVERTED HALLELUJAH -Dragon's Fury seems really interesting -THERMAL THRUSTER ISN'T JUST AN UPWARD FORCE IT GOES THE DIRECTION YOU'RE FACING THANK GOD Sad to see that Demo only got one change, but damn is it a good one. I agree with every single change in the patch notes except for the Eviction Notice and YeR. Extremely excited.

I think afterburn on non-flamethrower weapons will remain unchanged. The changes to afterburn are specifically listed under flamethrower improvements.

I'm actually really interested in the Gas Passer. If it just applies the gas to enemies upon impact (like Jarate) and the afterburn can be extinguished, then it's bad and the Scorch Shot is supremely better. But if it works like I think it will, and leaves a lasting cloud of gas that affects enemies who walk through it and the afterburn is non-extinguishable (it's liquid gas and even lights other Pyros on fire), then it would actually be an interesting option for area denial and crowd control.

I'd imagine the weapons would start dropping after the campaign ends. And yeah, I'm ready for: A. Claid/TT/LC/Persuader/Caber buffs B. None of that

-Burst-damage Pyro flamethrower -Jetpack with Mantreads included - Pyro Jarate (I think it's throwable, at least) but with afterburn instead of minicrits (also realized we could see this weapon from day 1, in the image at the bottom of the page) -Pyro Eviction Notice (sounds somewhat underwhelming, but we'll have to see. I rarely find myself using melee as Pyro anyways) -Flamethrower mojo gone -Airblast pretty much converted back to knockback force -Banana added after 7 years of waiting (although it seems pretty much like a Dalokohs Bar without the 50 extra max health) I APPROVE.

Hey guy.

You mean the 8 maps, 3 new weapons, and incoming plethora of balance changes? No you don't. On skins, I'd have to assume that stock weapons like the Rocket Launcher and Medi Gun will be war paintable. That just makes sense. Although I could be wrong. Also Banana Bay confirmed new Soldier playground.

I'm glad he hasn't found this place. Yet. Overall I'm very satisfied with what we've seen. There's still halfway to go, but it's a good sign. I'll probably actually join in on this campaign, which I haven't done since Gun Mettle; the new system of contracts and skins is actually very interesting and cool. So far the only thing I have gripes with is the yeti cosmetics for Heavy which are probably among the most over-the-top cosmetics we've gotten to date, but that said, I'm glad the only thing I dislike so far is purely cosmetic.

I made sure not to hype at all; I only informed you of the date of the thing. Your disappointment is your own. -

I don't even know what your notes thing is. Robot fight over, boy did they load on the corny on that. The technology itself is very impressive and is going places, but it's too slow and clunky right now to make an exciting fight. -
I was thinking it'd make more sense to do both in one day. But then I don't really know what they would do for the 4th day. SECRET Heavy Update!?
-
Even in a list of your favorite songs there is bound to be a song you like the least. Not every day can be game-changing balance changes. Hopefully those come tomorrow.
-
I swear to God is this the fucking GRIEFBLOWER!? Also the addition of classic war paints means you can have the cow skin on every weapon you want.

They look fine to me.

Not the dastardly duo again.

What the fuck is that cheese wagon
-
Can't tell if it's just asset reusing or a subtle nod
-
Call it Flyro.
-
I guess? If only for the fact that it's released in the same timeframe. I'm not expecting any big Scream Fortress stuff.
-
Just realized that last week the TFteam said "not this week imminent" and the update came out literally the first day of the next week. They weren't lying.
-
Mountain Lab and Thunder Mountain always kinda felt jungle-y to me. Or at least alpine. All the jungle maps look really great though, wonder if the gameplay will be on-par with the visuals. Also: Haaa

Save the best for last, I suppose. What's important is that we know the update is here now. And also that the jetpack is a jetpack. Something interesting worth noting is that the Gas Blast isn't listed with the taunts. Maybe it is the jetpack's weapon taunt, or maybe they're just saving it for release with the jetpack.
