Smeargle's only use really is Spore + hazards and he relies on Focus Sash to not get ohko'd. And he gets completely shut down by anything with Taunt.

Glitzer popping is pretty fascinating. In addition to obtaining event pokemon, it could also totally be used to change a pokemon's met location (which I think might make it possible to transfer said event pokemon to gen 6) and to get flawless IVs.

I like 2, 3, and 4.
