Oh. Still, that's the way it used to be before we had trading. Crafting, drops, whatnot. 

I think TF2 has one of the most fair F2P models on the market, specifically with drops and trading. And yes, stock is VIABLE in every situation(it may not be the BEST, but it will work 90% of the time), but how long does it take to get past stock? A week or two's worth of drops+trading, and you can have every non-reskin weapon for a class, or all the essential sidegrades for most classes. 

It's a bit extreme, but it really helps combat the 15 minute gg that plagues my bracket.

not exactly a nerf.    It lasts longer, still stops people from kiting him.    It just keeps him from instantly interrupting channeling spells. 

I've had some time to play and think about it, and I have to say I'm actually really excited. New map should be interesting to see in use, seems like more of a hotspot now, and takes a bit of the dire advantage late game. Runes are really interesting, makes them more useful late game, which means more map movement, which means more team fights. It should also really hurt steamrolling rat dota, with the xp and glyph changes. Phoenix looks cool, riki will be interesting in AD. I really want to play treant. Pl looks like more than just a pushing hero now. Swaggerfiend is BA. 9.5/10 patch.

Funny, did that today as well. Whole lot of running around, not knowing what to do, where to go, and how exactly I'm meant to have fun for me. Just kept getting into these enormous clusterfucks and getting killed by people who had triple-digit "ranks" and the game was telling me about "ribbons" and "certs" and I had no goddamn idea what it meant so I gave up.   No, let me tell you about planetside.   Do you like FPS's? Do you like planes? Do you like tanks? Do you like scifi? Do you like having things to shoot at? Do you wish other games had more things to shoot at? Yes? Planetside has that. No seriously. It's a bit daunting at first, but once you get the basics, its really fun. Hit me up next time you are online and I'll run you through the ropes.

Got a TrackIR to go with Star Citizen. It's really cool, makes the games really immersive. Its cool to lean into the screen, and it actually zooms in. Same as looking out the window to track targets. Tried it out with MWO, War Thunder, and ARMA as well. Works really cool for each one.
