That's quite a bit of news. It seems quite detailed so I doubt it's a sham. Intelligent Systems on Metroid again is a dream come true, though if Retro were back on it... that's another story. If it IS a sham then most of the stuff he says is most likely true anyway.

I have a glaring lack of mega-eligible shinies; only Gengar and Medicham (and that beldum I guess). If I had to choose only one... it'd still be a tie between Venusaur and Pidgeot. Oddly enough a lot of the shiny megas aren't that appealing to me. Clearly this will all come down to which I can find a better name for.

I don't think the eshop lets you buy anything unless it fits on whatever storage space you have. It'll still let you add money to the account though. I'll check how big it is. EDIT: It's about 6 gigs (6254 MB), which is surprisingly small for a game of that scale. It should fit if you don't have many other games installed.

I've been getting way into Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (which is only 16 bucks on eshop right now) and I'm making good progress. Finally getting a hang of the grind and making necessary preparations for the different missions.

Dang, sucks that only Japan is getting the upgrade for free. Here's a steam community posting with links to articles and such. Okay, update: apparently the NPCs, enemies, and balance changes will be patched into the regular game, but the new graphics and online player cap won't be included in the free patch. If you DO have the game already, you'll be able to buy Scholar of the First Sin at a discount when it releases. That's what my friend says, anyway.
