Thanks for the info guys. I assume this doesn't apply to easy yet, but if I understand it right the AIs just get free starting shit at a certain difficulty level? That's kind of cheap. Also, I was wondering which leaders are good and bad considering their special units. I've never really seen the point of these super-early stronger units when most of the fighting only seems to happen lategame

The Netherlands solved this pretty well surprisingly "we are not allowed to force people to let their children get the vaccine, but we can refuse them from joining schools as long as they aren't vaccinated since it endangers the other children" -
