Yesterday evening I finished my next video. I put my intro thingy in front of it and started rendering (.wmv) but when it was done, the intro visual was botched up. I've been trying to fix it today but I have no idea what to do anymore. The rest of the video rendered fine, but the intro keeps glitching up. I remade the intro in vegas both as mp4 and wmv but that doesn't work. Apparently vegas doesn't like .jpgs, but changing the picture used in the video to a .png doesn't work either. Am I converting the picture wrong? Is it the output file type? I'm pretty close to choking a bitch because it's the pettiest problem possible and I don't even know what to google to try and fix it

My intro video is basically a still picture that fades in from black, but during this fade-in the picture gets distorted For now I managed to fix the problem by rendering in vegas, then adding it to movie maker and rendering AGAIN, without changing anything, and then the problem seems to go. However this also gives me some slight quality loss so hopefully this is only a temporary solution
