I'm actually in the middle of playing the first Witcher right now(I'm at chapter 4). The story is great, but damn, the combat can get tedious at times.

I don't know why'd you'd want to be a Snivy. During your first year of life, you'll be captured by some creepy old guy, who will then give you to some ridiculous looking irresponsible ten year old. Then you will get the shit beaten out of you by elemental monkeys, three-headed dragons, and an ice cream cone. You'll be forced to fight what seems like an endless horde of monsters, and your only reward will be two agony-inducing growth spurts. After being beaten up by the best of the best, do you think the worst is over? Oh no. You'll then be put into a Daycare(Even though you're clearly an adult) and will be forced to have sex with a Ditto slut, who will impregnate you. You will never be able to see your children, for they will be taken by your trainer and thrown into SPACE, and all he'll get out of it are a bunch of weedles. Once you have outlived your usefulness, you'll be kept inside a digital box forever, because you're NU.

The good news is that season 3 has an awesome villain.

I predict that there will also be a Mega-Sharpedo and Mega-Camerupt, because that will make the final battle with Maxie/Archie even better.

If you can stomach the main character, you can give it a try. The first season is okay, just get used to Bill's southern accent.
