I love cooking and apparently I'm quite good at it, especially with cakes. For things that are normally done in a food mixer (unless it's blended stuff), I often do it by hand, since it gets way more air into it with a spoon and my grandma's trusty orange bowl. Can't be asked to post recipes though. Most of them are in my head.

So it seems that I can somewhat control the overall content of my dreams. Whatever I'm doing at 11PM, I'll dream about, mixed with various stuff done throughout the day. In this case I was basically inside a Ratchet and Clank game, trying to kill slimes.

I'm trying to make a crossbow, based loosely on the look of the Crusader's Crossbow, out of cardboard, plastic and a children's bow and arrow set I bought for €1.50. -

People ask me why I don't ever ask people for help. Well every time I do, the person I ask has to break something. I wanted to use the scanner before my dad smashed it to bits and accused me of pressing Print too many times as if I'm some fucking moron.

I was actually thinking "caveman ancestor of the Yordles with a hatred for yetis." Not that I really care. I'm scared for the next patch because of rumored Vel'Koz/Nami nerfs and the Sona rework.

Yeah that wasn't what I was expecting either. I'm wondering if it's a Java thing or something. When I did my Java course, we drew shapes using pre-made classes too.

It's reached the point that, if you want your game to remain popular for more than a year, you NEED to be free to play. Alright, this isn't true for the big AAA games, but for smaller games, it opens up a more long term trickle of money. Thing is, a lot of game companies mess it up. They either make it so the cosmetic parts are just not attractive enough to buy or they go the other way, making a player's life a misery because someone else can just buy their way ahead. F2P games often become a huge grind to be able to get ahead and it's much, much worse when things are locked behind a pay-to-win wall. About the LoL discussion, I'm actually okay with the free champions and purchasing them, it gives people things to work towards and a chance to try champions before getting them. 99% of the problem are the fucking piece-of-scum runes that COST A FUCKING FORTUNE. I basically have a choice. Buy a new champion and have fun or buy (in some cases only one or two) runes. Tier 3 runes (unlockable at level 20) are so bloody expensive and Tier 2 runes are a waste of money because they're the same cost as Tier 3 ones but don't do as much.
