      I dont know much about it but the way I see it if it's possible to be done without and 3rd party programs, and any other team could do it, then it should be legal. Kinda like hte Pudge Chen combo that was used in Dota.

      No, it shouldn't be legal since it wasn't meant to be an intentional boost spot looking in Hammer and it literally gave Fnatic FULL FUCKING MAP INFO. LDLC were so paranoid about it, they were twitching around everywhere. Dreamhack regulations do say that a boost spot can't let you see through walls or something like that, and technically, the boost does allow you to see through some walls, though only slightly.
