Although I guess it'd be kinda weird to have bad karma for killing people in NV, depending on which faction you side with. Wiping out Camp Forlorn Hope could be considered as evil as wiping out Cottonwood Cove. Either way, NV has retarded karma, you have to try super hard to be anywhere near neutral

If you pick him up at a higher level he should be starting at that higher level. Really? Well then. Also, being evil is WAY funner than being good. I feel that FO3 did karma slightly better than NV. Also:

The hell he can I'd love dogmeat more if he wasn't a bullet magnet, and didn't run at 3 sentry bots expecting to come out completely unscathed. But he CAN come out completely unscathed. At level 30 he has 15000 HP. Unless you're poor and have no DLC. Dogmeat scales with your levels right? I usually get him later on which probably explains why he's so squishy If you pick him up at a higher level he should be starting at that higher level.

If I could actually carry that much I could become a professional pack mule. How much was that in pounds, and were you near over-encumbered? If not, I dread what comes streaming out of my inventory then. It was exactly the limit, I think. Around 300, considering I have 10 STR, the NCR duster, and all the carrying stuff perks. And a few of them that cuts weight down.
