      Mine were easy I guess. Mainly just had a dull ache that ramped up to an annoying pain over the course of 48 hours then slowly went away.

      Yeah I just needed some local anesthetic and drove myself home from the dentist afterward, never really got much pain. Didn't realize it could be a more serious procedure.

       

      ...Fingers crossed for my next one I guess, my left one is coming in now.

    One thing that's fun about learning Japanese as a weeb is suddenly understanding something that you've heard a million times but never really listened to.

     

    For example, I just put 蘇る (yomigaeru) into my vocab deck, which was presented to me as a kind of formal way to say "to revive."  Usually at this point I wonder "is this something I'm ever going to actually see."  But then later, hearing a familiar OP:

      i've been on SPUFOrange since it came out, my only gripe are that spoiler text boxes are white background w/ white text, so if its a spoiler-heavy thread I switch to SPUFDark. Maybe I should just fix it with a local CSS edit...

    Came to the realization that my favorite instrument is the timpani. It really does make every piece of music better.

      its a bit of a basic response but my pick is the electric guitar. it's so cool. sunovabitch

      I am boring and like the piano.  Beethoven and Chopin are too strong, man.

       

      But I guess my top ten favorite instruments would be:

       

      1.) Piano

      2.) Harmonica

      3.) Bass Guitar

      4.) Hammond Organ

      5.) Classical Guitar

      6.) Violin

      7.) Electric Guitar

      8.) Accordion

      9.) Tenor Sax

      10.) Harpsichord

       

      Timpani is pretty cool, but I can't care enough about percussion to get into it.

       

      (I can only play the piano btw.  The rest I just think sound cool.)

      electric guitar is so core to some of my favorite music that it feels like I should learn to play it at least a little but that's a bit of investment that I'm not super sure if I would be able to really make work anyway
