'Evening SPUFpowered, As of this hour, I feel it be in my responsibility to provide some insight to recent controversy. These are my honest thoughts.. When een first started SPUFpowered in January 2012, it was created as a refuge for Spuffers who wanted to hang out. The forum was to be a place for friends to chat without the hustle and clutter of the larger Steam Users' Forums. This place is not without a set of guidelines. Although we tend to follow said guidelines, we adopt an overly "lax" attitude. Simply put, we can't behave and the longer we've been here the more rambunctious and immature some people have become for the sake of "just friends being lax". A closed circle of friends, where everyone knows everyone, can cause issues with forum management. Moderators are less likely to do their jobs because they're afraid they'll be shunned by a certain person. For example, if Rynjin suddenly becomes extremely hostile towards Razputin and starts up arguments with him at every corner, would Rammite be quick to punish him? Would Rammite fear being shunned by his friend because he did his job? Will others cry Stalin if he closes a cluster-mucked thread?* Any attempts at cleaning up messes and shutting people up results in accusations of dictatorship. * = Example only, not actual implication of hostilities between users As for Freaky Fetishes, it is simply a sign of immaturity on our end. I don't even know where to begin, it's creepy? Stupid? Immature? Filled with TMI posts? Responsible for chasing people off the boards? Gross and annoying? If such a thread was replicated on SUF, we'd all be banned or at least put in timeout. It has gone on for long enough and the shenanigans need to end soon. Any crying over it has to be ignored and taken as a sign of immaturity. Why did it even need to exist? TL;DR [*]Knock it off with the shenanigans and being immature dunces. [*] [*]Learn to respect others in the forum space by not posting perverted threads made to satisfy some suck boner fantasy [*] [*]Moderators, ignore the crying. If you feel a thread needs to go, take it down. Letting the "lax friends circles" attitude degrades the board. [*] [*]We've lost quite a few people recently because of how we act. I am not saying the Fetish thread was the cause, but it may have had it's part. And now for my most stressed point regarding 18+ discussion: [*]It's not necessary, those kinds of discussions simply don't need to exist. What would you do? Talk about porn? Argue about gays and abortion? Hardly mature with the member roster we have. It would end up causing more trouble than it would solve.

Hello everyone, I'm Xenak. There's plenty of ways to pronounce it and there are so many ways I've heard it pronounced, I've decided just to not have an official one. I've heard Zeenak, ZEN-Ak, Xanax (what was that guy on? I can only guess), and even Zenoch once or twice. Just say it however you want. I don't really like describing myself, but what I can say is that I like drawing, Spying, and P. much anything involving TF2. I also enjoy contributing to the wiki. My favorite Pokemon by far is Blastoise. Hopefully we can all hang out and do cool things together ',:J
