This was bothering me as well; how do you scale back the powerlevel of a show if the strongest character is still in it? I haven't watched Naruto since the first arc of Shippuuden but I know Naruto becomes Ninja Jesus on Fire in the end, but now they're switching to Boruto in a universe where Naruto is still infinitely overpowered so how does that even work? There is no enemy they can introduce that doesn't instantly vaporize Boruto whilst also not being instantly vaporized by Naruto. They could probably pull the "Boruto has huge potential/talent" shit but even that has a limit, this isn't even a matter of an ant fighting an elephant this is more equivalent to an ant fighting the fucking sun I guess the answer is "lol shounen"

fourway split a box with some friends yesterday and played sealed for the buy a box promo (Thalia) I ended up going Rakdos with both Dark Salvation and Liliana the Last Hope in my pool and red just being all removal, completed Chittering Host like 4 times (had 2x scavengers and 2x rats) so I won the promo. Magic is a game of skill. I also got Bedlam Reveler, Nahiri's Wrath and a foil Harmless Offering, a friend pulled a foil Docent of Perfection which I immediately traded for, and I completed my playset of Unsubstantiate that I wanted. Not the most valuable box I opened but probably the most fun one

I got pokemon Go as well now but it keeps crashing whenever I catch a pokemon; apparently it's a known issue and although the game freezes the catch still completes or the pokemon ran but it's still annoying I also can't seem to have the game run in the background so to find pokemon I continuously have to keep it open which isn't worth it
