    "Moving forward, only tradable items can be gift wrapped. Items that are currently gift wrapped can be delivered regardless of the tradability of the contents of the gift. " According to the TF2 Wiki for Gift Wrap. I forgot about that until you mentioned it. That's sucky :( Appreciate the offer but it seems Valve doesn't like the idea :P Fortunately, the year or two I spent pining for it taught me I could live without it. I just think it's cool. Just not cool enough for that much real money D:
