Leaderboard

Not intended to be that serious, but just something kicking around in my brain for a while. Basically I realized that a lot of popular internet songs came from a variety of places throughout Europe, but were often divorced from that context when people saw them. So I compiled a list of top two songs per European country that matter. (Well, all the ones that matter except Poland. I really really tried to get some songs from there, but the closest I came up with were from Sabaton, which can't count. I suppose I could go with Chopin, but as my standard elsewhere was not to use two songs from the same band that still doesn't get me to two.) This isn't intended to be definitive, since I had to stretch for a few countries. So please bitch about my choices. No really, please do that, I probably made suboptimal picks all over the place. Of course it's always annoying when people get mad for others not following their preferences, but one of the main things that bugs me is people having their OS patriotism. I don't really have a lot of interest in using Windows 10 - I've had to help two separate people get through Windows 10 making their PCs unusable and they would have had to get it fixed by a repairman if I was unavailable. There's also so many annoyances with updates with peripherals and whatnot. At the same time, damn does Windows 10 have a lot of cool stuff but I've seen too many horror cases to want to update to it from Windows 7. At the same time, it's a little worrisome to be unprotected from viruses and whatnot. It also doesn't help that I really think Windows 8/10 are ugly. I wonder when windows 7 will reach what windows xp currently is.
