Haven't even watched these but this exists now.

Linkara made a video on how to transfer Pokemon from Gen 2 to Gen 3 as legitimately as possible (as in minimal use of external tools - still needs ROMs, I believe.) It's Patreon-only, but it's an interesting watch for those who wanted their Gold and Silver bros in the modern day. I'm sure there's other guides available online, too.

For the sake of not blathering on about it in other topics and becoming a walking billboard for myself, here's a thread for where I can show off video reviews I make about those video games the kids are playing nowadays. The pilot episode, Secret of the Magic Crystals, was well-received so I'm continuing to make content, since I enjoy making these anyway.

I finished watching "Over the Garden Wall"
 
Miniseries (10 episodes of 20 minutes) with a really special feel to it. The setting is basically an old painting of a fairytale that has turned brown through time. Singing frogs in clothes with a slightly macabre undertone
 
I liked it quite a lot and especially since it's so short I recommend you to try it out as well

I think it's perfectly reasonable to find TTGL uninteresting and/or stupid. I remember in the months following my first watching of that anime, I couldn't really fathom how anyone could dislike that show, because I had loved it. Then as time went by, as I spoke to people (VDZ) about TTGL, as I watched more anime and finally, as I rewatched TTGL, I came to the realization that it must be quite easy to be put off by that anime. It's just shounen tropes piled upon shounen tropes for the sake of posterity Now personally that is an absolute plus for me, because my guilty pleasure are these kind of shounen tropes and because TTGL pours it on the viewer to the extreme, I found myself loving the show. Despite the fact of how little sense it makes and how many power-jump asspulls are made, I found TTGL to be thoroughly enjoyable.
 
With that perspective in mind, I realized as I wrote above, how easy it must be to become annoyed or uninterested with TTGL.
