    so I know I'm a year late, but I just realised today that they nerfed the sandman. I thought I wasn't getting stuns because I was bad. What else have they nerfed?!

      The stun no longer prevents people from using their weapons. It just slows people down (barely). They did not, however, lessen or remove the health penalty. The Wrap Assassin is actually better than the Sandman now.

      Wait, really? I had no idea. That new Sandman sounds terrible. Might still work when combined with the Flying Guillotine since it still slows.

      @aabicus The Flying Guillotine doesn't get criticals from stunned/slowed enemies anymore either. They just made it recharge faster if you get a long-range hit.
