@TheOnlyGuyEver Oh wow. I have made one piddly level, uploaded it at 10pm, and nobody has played it :( It is a very generic, no clever shenanigans babby's first. Though I am trying to make a probably-been-done-a-thousand-times "work with bowser to progress" level. He interacts with switches and stuff, which is nice.
@Expresate It's not you fault that no one has played it, most people are in the same boat, me included. Basically, until your level has gotten played ONCE, it will not show up ANYWHERE except the "new" tab, which could take like a week+ for your level to get played since the tab can only display so many levels at once. The recommendation algorithm is pretty flawed right now as such, and so external sharing (like the daily level exchange on the subreddit, which will often do the job) is pretty popular right now.
Also usually I like to create a level around a specific mechanic or gimmick or idea, but there's nothing wrong with making traditional levels (in fact I'm making one now); yours was very enjoyable. Enjoy being freed from 0 play purgatory btw, the snowball effect should kick in from now.
