TheOnlyGuyEver got a reaction from blackzero98 in E3 2017
As soon as I saw a cigarette, a pair of Chuck Taylors, and heard the teen angst pop music, I knew exactly what it was.
On another note, all the scripted events with "HEY GAMERS" actors, hoo boy. "We're speaking like GAMERS, that's how you know it's a good game"

Lots of temporary exclusives, one box for $250, the other for $500.

I can't wait to play all four Xbone games on a box that does the same stuff for $200 more. Just look at all these timed exclusives!
Also that guy slipped up and called it an "Xbone" himself. Even Microsoft internally knows their name-scheme didn't catch on.

Oh goody, Life is Tumblr 2. Just what I've always wanted.
M'kay, let's talk about Anthem real quick, because apparently it was MS' big reveal.
Warning signals: Bioware, EA, multiplayer, massive open world, "dynamic events".
Does anyone else get a No-Man's-Sky vibe from it? Specifically, an intrinsically beautiful game with very little real substance. Even the demo itself looked boring, like some destiny clone with even less gameplay. The world itself looked empty, genuinely dead and uninspired.
My closing thoughts on it are as follows:

Only five hours and some change until Todd Howard tells us lies, tells us lies, tells us sweet little lies.

TheOnlyGuyEver got a reaction from Mersopolis in Dreams
I had this dream once when I was about 7, I was sitting on one of those about waist-high electrical poles that go in the ground outside your house, the ones with the number strip running down them, right? So I was sitting on one of those, eating a banana, and I finished the banana so I threw it over my shoulder, but it went really far and so a skyscraper-sized version of Randall from Monsters Inc that was walking in the distance slipped on it cartoon-slapstick-style and got pissed and started chasing me, so my brother picked the pole up outta the ground (with me still on it) and ran inside the house.
Then I woke up crying then stopped then went to church.

Back when we still had the big boat, our dog and I both got seasick out near the Indian Rocks (really choppy waves) and we both threw up over the side at the same time. That's a true bond between man and dog.

Now we gotta do the thing where Abbicus is the bouncer at the club and Meta is trying to get in but he's not on the list, so I pull up in a porsche or some fancy car and I say something like "Hey, it's alright guys, he's with me."
Pretty sure I just recited a scene from Night at the Roxbury.

Yeah, I was a little tardy to the party but I'm still glad to be invited. Thanks! :D
Well I'm glad to have received such a warm welcome from you all. I just want to be careful not to offend anyone.
Thank you both for the warm welcomes, I appreciate it greatly.

I guess I should probably introduce myself seeing as that's what these forums are for.
So I'm Meta Breakers. I'm a male human being of an unimportant age (I swear to you, it's ABOVE 16. I won't be an annoying squeaker of any kind.) and I joined SPUF because my friend TOGE showed me your forums a few times before in the past and I was tempted to join but then I heard about Valve shutting down the Steampowered User Forums and I was disheartened to know I missed my chance to be a part of your community.
But after some months, I had brought it up again to TOGE because I had remembered many of the commentaries he made for the SPUF of Legends Youtube channel and I was worried it had been abandoned after the closing and now archiving of the old SPUF. Instead, he told me about an alternate forum where SPUF had moved itself to and about some of the events coming up right now (i.e. the SPUF Hunger Games which he won the 2nd via dysentery TKO) and I wanted to see if there was a possibility I could join you all.
And here I am.
So... what's up?
How are you all?
As you can tell, I am brony from my profile picture (although, I honestly haven't watched much TV since spring of last year when I started to become a bit more social and active online/offline), but I enjoy a wide variety of shows. A few are Archer, Loud House, Invader Zim, Impractical Jokers, the Carbonaro Effect, Adam Ruins Everything, 1000 Ways to Die, Samurai Jack (the reboot AND the original series), American Dad and early Family Guy, One Punch Man, the Daily Show, the now cancelled but sorrily missed Colbert Report, @Midnight, Highlands on HBO, American Ninja Warrior, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Empire, RWBY, the Simpsons, among others...
Okay, that may not be as diverse as I'd like but it's a far amount I'd say for not having watched TV for the most part of 2 years.
I spend most of my time now watching TF2, Gmod, CS:GO, Theodd1sout, TED Talks, derpy SFMs, and fanmade and remixed music videos or older songs that have either receeded into nostalgia terrority although, I still haven't been doing that as much as I've wanted to recently either..
Huh. I've been really stagnant lately.
Anyways, I love to make art, write songs, ride my bike, attempt to fight my autism by developing social skills, read, practice/learn graffiti, play TF2 (I main Medic but I'm slowly improving as Scout; I have 2,600+ hours but I'm still kinda garbage) and slowly coming to terms with the looming sadness that is adulthood.
In any case, if there's an questions you have me or things you'd like to call me out on for doing, don't be afraid to do so. I know I'm a bit of a derpy jackass from time to time, so if I offend anyone...
Sorry. Like, I'm really sorry about that. I don't mean to be a prick if I come off as one and I don't want to step on any toes. I don't like being the stereotype "awkward or douchebag new guy" I've been there before and it's no fun. Plus, I heard what happened with Beethoven and I have no intention on repeating whatever that guy did so, yeah.
I should go now, I'm going to go hang out with some friends and watch One Punch Man on DVD. So yeah... that's me.
Bye...
