So, some context for this piece.
I was playing this game called Onirism, which is a Serious Sam/Metroid Prime inspired shooter. Good, but bloated with content and janky.
After finally getting through a very glitchy Resident Evil inspired part, you get to a noir/Bioshock inspired level with shark themed enemies, including this shark girl sniper:
 
 
I was planning to draw something else, but after I saw this character, I had a neuron activation moment and took some pics because I really wanted to draw her.

Alright, I decided to experiment with a bunch of stuff, including some page textures and a pack of alcohol markers in Krita, and (dodgy perspective aside) I am extremely happy with how this one turned out.

Ohhhh man this guy hasn't posted art in over 6 months. Where is he? Ohhh he's so washed.
 
No! I've actually been working on a secret project since about March, so most of my creative energies have been going into that. I'm hoping it will be done by the end of the year. Maybe I will post about it, I haven't decided yet (I am shy about it). But I do have some other art to share that I've made over the past months.

Yeahhhh, it's not a lot for 6+ months. But I promise I have been making lots of art in silence for this project. Soooo, soooo much...I just can't show it yet.

Inuyasha is terrible. Rumiko Takahashi is great at a lot of things, but writing a shounen battle manga is not one of them. She can write good individual action scenes (see: Ranma 1/2's surprisingly awesome martial arts), but is terrible at the progression aspects, both in terms of plot and power.

Naraku is the main bad guy from episode 1, and every single episode featureing him follows the same format.

"I, Naraku, am here to gloat about my evil plans!"

"He, Naraku, is here to gloat about his evil plans! get him!"

"Tee-hee, I am behind an anti-protagonist forcefield that cannot be pierced by any means."

"Again?"

"Of course. Now I must take my leave."

"Wait, I, Miroku, will attempt to use my overpowered black hole ability to defeat you."

"Wasps."

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH"

You could cut out roughly 90% of the series, basically everything in-between finally gathering up most of the crystal shards in the first season and storming Naraku's castle in the last couple episodes, and miss basically nothing of value.

This hyper-episodic, "status quo is king" type of writing works super well for a comedy romance series involving a cast of wacky characters being shoved into even wackier and uncharacteristic scenarios. Less so for a "serious" action series.

So, for anyone here that draws.

I'm busy drawing girls without clothes.

Aight, played enough Steam Fest demos.
Aside the million AI generated games (including a lot of porn ones that use the same image generator), I have noticed there were a lot of extraction shooters and co-op quota survival games with noodly armed, googly eyed characters.
Also a lot of blatant copies. One that is literally BALLxPIT, one farming sim that either the dev managed to replicate the art style very closely, or they traced over Junji Ito drawings.
 
But anyway:
 
Overall, just ok.

I've tried Delta and I couldn't handle it. I don't have the required level of autism to make the movement system flow.
Air strafing, boost jumping, jump chaining, surfing, circle jumping, rocket jumping with chain jump boost to get more height then wall rocket jumping to AAAAAAA-
 
Also tried a few others and will post my thoughts later.
