    Someone want to explain why Rhydon is on there?
    Rhydon was the first pokemon designed by the devs. In-universe, Arceus is the first.

    Rhydon was the first Pokemon designed. So basically the answer is "all of them from a certain point of view."
     
    On another note, Starmie is in UU for the first time ever. Tears were shed.
