It's standard going second deck but it has more teeth going first than similar decks like Numeron, Earth Machines, etc. If you end up having to go first Hu-Li (the green one) is a a good one turn towers since she can't be destroyed by battle or card effect and can't be targeted. Notably Kashtira has like zero outs for Hu-Li. Plus it has an in-archetype Snatch Steal that can be played on the opponent's turn, which is neat.
If you like looking at your opponent's board and going "Herald of NOTHING, IDIOT"* and then ramming them for 10k damage with 0 ATK monsters it'll be great. I picked it up during Kashtira meta in Master Duel and just used it to do my dailies and somehow ended up in top Diamond just playing 1-2 games a day. It's not exactly a big brain deck, but sometimes you need something simple that gets the job done.

There needs to be some separate term for modern Isekai.
I've previously talked about "Western Isekai" (ex. Narnia, Three Hearts and Three Lions, John Carter, The Dragon and the George, etc.) But even in Japan if you look at classic anime like Dunbine, Escaflowne, Those Who Hunt Elves and so on and you see very little resemblance in terms of plot structure and cliches used when compared to the modern form of the genre.
(Though I'm not even sure if "modern" is the right term here. I haven't seen it, but from what I've heard about the Tanya show it doesn't seem to hit the same notes as other "isekai" shows.)
So there needs to be some new term that refers to specifically this subgenre. This is important because "other world" fiction has a long and rich history, with much of it being very creative. But the modern subgenre allows only the most minor ("gimmick based") innovation.

I think you have things a bit backwards; traditionally "western isekai" were known as "portal fantasy" works, if they were referred to as a separate genre at all. Much like "anime" is distinct from "cartoon" only in the language used from a technical sense, so is "isekai" separated from "portal fantasy" or "other world fiction".

One word: Pyrokinesis. How would you like to have that super power? I mean, you could play around in the Himalayas for hours and be perfectly fine!

Tale of Two Wastelands is neat. Inserts the entire F3 into FNV's engine.

They do. Every Bethesda game since Morrowind uses the same engine, on through to Fallout 76.
But New Vegas and Fallout 3 use the same ASSETS; all the character models and weapon models and stuff are the same. This makes it easy to rebuild Fallout 3 in New Vegas (which is what they had to do, re-place every part of the world and every character, item, etc. by hand and then reinstate all the quests manually to recreate the Capital Wasteland as a separate locale).
IIRC one of the biggest scripting issues they ran into was just getting the opening sequence and starting quest to work.

Do you know who Ellsberg is without having to look him up? Please let me know, I'm checking to see how well-known this historical figure is before referencing him in a script

I had to generate a 16-team tournament for a business eSports class, and I named all the teams after SPUFers! https://challonge.com/2h6nvw58 (Don't blame me for how you placed, blame my nickel.)
