      Vitamin C is water soluble so you'll be fine until you ingest like 2000% and then you'll have some cramps maybe.

      You have to ingest a LOT of vitamin C to get any kind of overdose. You'd have to eat almost a kilogram to die from it.

      As Raison said, its water solubility means that it'll quickly leave your body in urine.
