So I've been playing Rising Storm 2 lately. While the gameplay and gunplay feels more solid than in RS1 so far, one of the most noticeable cons is that the voice acting isn't nearly as good as in RS1/RO2, partially due to Tripwire's CEO becoming a rather hardcore Christian, and thus, putting limits on the amount of swearing characters can do in their games. Despite these all being games that are about either massive wars or zed apocalypses wherein a lot of living beings get shredded to very tiny bits. It's a good thing that despite that, that the playerbase of Rising Storm 2 does a stand-up job in filling in the voice acting gaps left by Tripwire in almost every round.

I am still mad how they made Alohan Marowak's signature move pretty much Move Relearner either by putting it in the level-up list just ONE level before it can evolve.

I don't know what forums you were member of previously, but responding to few months old post with nothing to add to the thread is not very welcome behavior. Ignoring most of the post and just saying "this is bullshit, so rest of it must also be so", is also rude. If you want to discuss something, please do, but if you don't, just ignore the post, instead of saying that post is not worthy to being responded to.

When Tripwire added Valve-crates to KF2, while it was on early beta and MONTHS without a update, I already knew it would crash and burn.
 
And no PC optimization/bad PC ports seems like a recurring thing with most triple A devs now. I still wonder how that is even a thing since the PS4 and Xbone are basically PCs at this point and all the development is made on a fucking pc, some demos even run on PCs to showcase these oh-so-pretty teasers at E3 and such.
 
I remember when Warner Bros just gave up on Mortal Kombat on PC since for them it wasnt worth the time/money to fix all the crap that was happening, same with Batman Arkham Knight. They did fix it later, probably someone help them at gunpoint, but I heard it didnt fix all.

I think the best thing about 2016 is that the actual dates of the events of the Ace Attorney trilogy are finally happening so /v/ keeps doing roleplay happening threads on those days

About a week or so ago I mentioned that I would be starting my journey into making chainmail jewelry.
A few of you guys (2) expressed interest in seeing my journey, and I got my materials today.

Materials required:
Pliers x2
Rings, size depends on your pattern, or "weave"
Patience, lots of it.
Weave instructions

The whole thing is mostly just learning technique, and your very basics is learning how to properly open and close your rings.
So I spent my first half hour opening and closing some rings to get the feel of the movement of the pliers, and how much force I need to put on them to close the rings properly.
When opening rings, you push inward so that the ends of your rings overlap, then when you pull it back to close the ring and line the ends up so they meet.
Overlapping the ends when opening them causes the ring to keep that shape, so when you close the ring, it keeps a nice and neat seam when closed.

Once you've gotten the hang of opening and closing your rings, it's time to take up a basic weave, I decided to start with a simple 2-in-2, extremely simple, and can be used to make earrings, bracelets/anklets, or necklaces. This 2-in-2 chain is going to be a bracelet, and I have started on what's called a Helm Chain as my first lesson in weaving rings through a chain.

I think the most important thing to take away from this election is that the Democrats lost the white working class too early. If only they kept up the "Democrats are for the common man" meme for just one more cycle they would've won and then imported enough third-worlders into NC and FL and all the other battleground states to keep them blue for eternity, just like California. Can you believe it used to be a Republican stronghold?

But some of you guys look pretty shook up so I'll console you. There's always 2020. Chin up! By then enough white people will have died/minorities come of age so that you can have a permanent Democratic majority! Pretty cool, eh?

Does anyone else feel like everyone's hitting the Doomsday button a little prematurely here? Seriously, calm down a little and stop acting like you're living in the middle of Iraq suddenly and realize that even if Trump fucks up massively, he will be up for re-election again in four years, and you can try to get rid of him then.
 
Seriously, with all this knee-jerk reaction, I'm worried that half this country will be suffering from arthritis in the next 2 years.
 

This whole hubbub about Trump winning the campaign reminds me situation from last year here in Poland. Some people were as discontent about now ruling party as Hillary supporters seem to be right now. They lamented all over the media, formed Comitee of Democracy's Defense (which is funniest shit ever since ruling party won fair and square in democratic voting), organized marches to show their discontent, openly criticized everything goverment does, cried how they are under survailence (when they really weren't) and live in totalitarian state now. All because votes didn't go the way they wanted.
And what has been achieved with all this whining? Basicly nothing. So you either can keep whining if it makes you feel any better, flood internet with memes or just buckle up with fingers crossed that shit you don't want to be fucked up, won't be fucked up. 
Moral of the story is - what happened, happened, and democracy has it's flaws.

The funny thing is, Trump had like ~%15 chance of winning. Clinton and crew were all basically smug and confident about near certain victory. He had to win ALL of the states Romney won, almost all of the swing states, and one or two traditionally blue states. Even after ALL the negative news and stereotypes from the liberal media, Hollywood, and academia. On top of all that, he had to win over his own party and get their shit together. All without having any political career before in D.C., facing off the personification of "entrenched, corrupt politician". Last year, when he announced his candidacy, everyone thought it was a joke. Well, guess he's laughing now. And even then, he still has a long 4 years ahead of him., as the media will probably be on his ass 24/7 looking for ANYTHING to throw in his face if he screws up. Something they would never do to Obama or would have done with Clinton.
 
Whether you like or not, you do have to respect that is quite the underdog story worthy of being in the history books.
 
 
Also, for those of you saying it's all over for America....just....stop. I mean what is the worst is he going to do? Build a wall? woopie doo. Same with Clinton. She would be Obama 2.0 + a touch of feminism. Would I like it, no, but I know it's not world ending. The fate of the balance of the country never relied on one election, in fact it's scary thinking about all the people betting such a thing on just one man (or in this election , woman). The president should not be relied on for the country's future. That's a sign he/she has too much power. The reason I voted Trump is that he is reversing all of the crappy, abusive executive orders being tossed out on critical legislation as a way to bypass Congress, therefore lowering the power of the executive branch, which is a good thing in the long run.

I'm pretty hype, too much gloom in here.

Firat at segment had me doing a speedrun of Super Mario Sunshine at SGDQ but I and the crowd fucked around so much and got so drunk that the run took exactly five hours.
 
after that I cleaned up the room and stumbled out into a castle grounds which was some kind of boarding school. The headmaster came out and read a list of names. This listed the people who had to do some really dangerous and fight other students to the death. I tried to petition my excuse by saying i'd need to commute from Germany every time but they didn't care. My assigned opponent was a guy who suffered a double leg amputation but I looked down and I was missing a leg myself so it was ok
 
then it again changed to someone's apartment in urban Japan. It was 3 AM and I had missed the last bus out of there for the night. The person I was visiting told me to just wait but I decided to make pizza from scratch and then get on a train. I left and got on the train which spat me out in the middle of a shopping center. It had a intranet community on its computer terminals that people were using to whore out upvotes. I went outside to another train station (which had a design I'm 100% sure has featured in my dreams before) AMD boarded the train.
