Hey guys. I don't want to sound cheeky or attention-whoring, but I've been having some personal issues lately with panic attacks and whatnot. If it gets worse, is it okay for me to seek help from you, or would you rather I keep my problems to myself?
We can listen, yeah, but it'd probably be best to go to us on an individual basis rather than the forum as a whole. Just my opinion, though, so I dunno. Also, if it REALLY gets worse, you should probably look toward professional help, maybe anxiety medication.
