      Also definitely do NOT take caffeine tablets because those have way more caffeine than coffee and are a surefire way to actually do get addicted

      Drinking even two cups per day for an extended period of time is enough to get addicted to caffeine.

      I drank only two 12oz cans of Coke a day for years and I get headaches if I don't drink anything caffeinated.

      My mother's a caffeine addict and so am I, she has a cup of coffee every morning on her way to work, and generally has some tea after work.

      Before I dropped out of high school, I took a cup of coffee with me every day because I needed the caffeine to wake up and function at 7AM and do goddamned math work.
