      'Neer doesn't exactly own more than 51% of the site. When 'Neer bought it, it was owned by two people in a 50-50 split, it was sold without the 2nd party's notice or involvement.

      So... 'Neer didn't have the right to sell the site.

      The guy who still owns his half of the site is looking into his legal options now.
