Read this thread for more information.
Basically, hackers have found a way to exploit gadgets to compromise your entire system. This just doesn't affect Skyrim players, it affects everyone who has Windows 7 or Windows Vista. It's a good idea to disable them now.
Even if I may seem crazy, it's better to be safe than sorry.
EDIT:Here's an official article about it from Microsoft themselves, as well as a way to disable Gadgets.

I went a whole damn month playing nothing but medic. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who actually went all the way, Huff himself gave up a while ago.
So, what did I get out of it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Wait, no, that's not right. I got my strange Kritzkrieg, Overdose, and Ubersaw a ton of kills/assists. And I learned about the magic of friendship how much fun playing medic can be. I'll definitely be playing as him more often from now on.
