You were rallying people to a cause that would manipulate prices to get keys down. Even if it was a rally to get prices to go up, it'd still be closed since it's still price manipulation. On top of that, no one was even offering, just talking about the state of the economy, that's all fine and dandy, but it's the wrong place to do it, which brings me to the second part of the sentence: This is a trading website, not a forum. And that's exactly what it says, reply boxes are for offering on trades, nothing more. If you want to discuss the current state of the economy or whatever then do it in the backpack.tf forums, SPUF, here, I don't care. But, Outpost is meant for trading, you post your trade and what's for sale at what price, and that's it, nothing else. I don't care if you turned out to be "right" after almost a year, but at the time, your post was ridiculous and was rightfully closed for violating the rules, and I'm proud of whoever closed it for doing his/her job.
