I wouldn't say so yet. It is to be seen what will happen, but I don't think Scotland leaving UK is likely. We'll have to see.
Thing is, that you burgers need to understand, EU is not a federation, no matter how much president Juncker wants it to be so. It's states are supposed to be sovereign, and with current leadership it's questionable (exhibit 1. polish Constitutional Court debacle, with EU going full sperg mode, just when Luxembourg is trying to delete it's all together because it's in the way).
EU is a sinking ship, especially now, with gaping hole where UK was. Constructive thing to do now for Brussels is to analyze their mistakes and develop a new plan of action to avoid domino effect of next states leaving. France is already near the door, and looking at how well will bongs do on their own.
