Naps are the worst, they invariably lead to terrible night sleeps. I try to avoid naps at all costs. 

Zoning out on a repetitive video game like TF2 or Overwatch is a great way to lose a few hours and suddenly it's bedtime. 

I don't like them cause you feel all weird and disoriented when you wake up from them.

Everyone I know who falls for the nap meme always grumble to me, "I'm so fucking tired" after a few hours of anything.
