Except for the whole pay-to-vote-on-maps thing. And the Lightning Gun nerf. And the loadouts having basically all weapons while they could've just met halfway to give new spawned players a chance in hell whilst still giving surviving players the advantage they deserve instead of dying to the guy who spawned behind you with a rocket launcher. And the servers are still kind of empty-ish even after the steam thing. Nevertheless who can come up with an arena shooter better than QL is right now Quake III Arena

I'm trying to get into CSGO but standing still to shoot just goes directly against all the muscle memory I've built up from playing arena shooters

I just hope it goes on Steam. Sure, the A/O rating gives Valve a valid reason not put it on, but they dont have a problem putting mechanically low quality games on so they shouldn't have a problem with something thats a bit fucked up, especially when Postal 1 is on there. You either curate everything or you curate nothing, letting loads of shit on and then denying a single game because people might get offended is just fucking lazy.
