There is a soup which is very commonly served during the winter months here in Denmark. The direct translation from its Danish name would be "Hen Meat Soup", but I guess it would just be called a chicken soup in English? Anyway, the soup itself is made with a hen and with tons of vegetables such as celery, leeks, parsley and carrots. Once all that good stuff has simmered for ~4 hours, you pull all of it out of the soup and you're left with a very clear and very tasty soup. Then you re-add the above-mentioned veggies, only fresh and springy which adds a nice crunch to the soup and finally you add meatballs and these tiny little flourballs. That shit is fucking divine and ends up looking like this.

Surely will be on my wishlist.
